1. Who We Are

The OCHEER Foods website, https://ocheer.com, is operated by Ocheer Food Technology Co.,Ltd, based in mainland China.

2. Information You Provide

Our inquiry form collects your name, company name, country, email address, and message. These fields are currently required to submit the form.

We also receive any additional information you voluntarily provide when communicating with us by email or WhatsApp. Please do not include sensitive personal information or identity documents in general product inquiries.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use inquiry information to respond to your questions, discuss products and packaging, prepare quotations, and communicate about potential business cooperation.

Submitting an inquiry does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails. We use your contact details to respond to your inquiry, provide quotations, and follow up on the business matters you have contacted us about.

4. Service Providers and Technical Information

We use external services to support website hosting, inquiry forms, and email communications. Relevant service providers may process information as needed to deliver those services.

Our website is hosted by Hostinger. We use the WPForms plugin to collect inquiries and WP Mail SMTP to send inquiry notifications to our business email account, hosted by Zoho Mail. These notifications include the name, company, country, email address, and message submitted through the form.

We do not forward your personal inquiry information to our partner factories. WPForms’ optional cloud entry-backup feature is currently disabled.

Server Access Logs

Our hosting service records technical information when you access our website. This includes your IP address, request time, hostname, requested URL and query parameters, browser or client information, HTTP status code, response size, and request duration. Some records also include a country or region code.

We use this information for website security, troubleshooting, and performance mentoring. Access logs are retained and deleted according to our hosting provider‘s applicable retention schedule.

Form Statistics and Spam Protection

We use WPForms to operate our inquiry form and count form views. According to WPForms, its built-in form analytics does not set cookies or record personal information, and the statistics are stored in our website’s WordPress database.

Our inquiry form also uses built-in anti-spam protection and a minimum submission time to help prevent automated submissions.

5. Storage and Retention

Our company is based in mainland China.

Our website is hosted by Hostinger on a server in Arizona, United States, with hosting backups located in Boston, United States. Our business email is hosted in Zoho Mail’s United States data center. Information submitted through our website is therefore processed using infrastructure located outside mainland China.

For inquiries that do not result in an order and are no longer being followed up, we retain the inquiry emails and related correspondence for 12 months after our last contact, then delete them.

Records relating to completed orders are handled separately and retained for applicable business, accounting, and legal requirements.

Website Backups

Hostinger creates daily backups of our website files and database. Information deleted from the live website may remain in existing backups until those backups expire or are deleted under the applicable backup retention schedule. Deletion from the live website does not immediately remove information from previously created backups.

Information deleted from our active email account may also remain temporarily in service-provider backups until those backups are rotated or deleted under the provider’s retention schedule.

6. Your Privacy Requests

You may contact vesper@ocheer.com to ask about our handling of your personal information or request access, correction, or deletion.

Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to obtain a copy of your information, restrict or object to certain processing, or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.

We may need to verify your identity before responding. Some information may need to be retained where required by applicable law. You may also raise concerns with the relevant data protection authority.

7. External Services

If you choose to contact us through WhatsApp or visit an external website linked from our site, that provider’s privacy policy applies to its own processing of your information.

8. Updates and Contact

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices. The published version will show its latest revision date.
